EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (TEAM Builder)

Hello, I’m Gwen Reverman.
I was born and raised in Batesville, a small town in Indiana. As the eldest of three children, I’m proud to be a mother to two daughters and one son, and a grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren. Our family also includes a dog and a cat who keep life lively! I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially taking walks, and my ultimate dream is to retire near the water—there’s nothing better than a white sandy beach and a breathtaking sunset. Gulf Shores is one of my favorite destinations.

I hold a degree in Psychology from Ball State University and have dedicated over 31 years to serving seniors in community living. My experience spans Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living. I’m passionate about helping teams grow and thrive while delivering exceptional care to residents. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on improving customer satisfaction by paying attention to detail and fostering a strong team-oriented culture.

I believe in starting each day with a positive mindset and maintaining it—even during challenging times. A smile and kindness can truly make the world go around, and I strive to bring that energy into everything I do.

COLLEEN BUSBOOM
LEASING DIRECTOR

Hey friends!  My name is Colleen Busboom and I am the Leasing Director for Legacy Living of Green Township!  I am so excited to help my fellow West Side (BEST SIDE) folks as they look for senior living options.  I am from Ohio and spent much of my life in Cincinnati, but have also lived in 11 different states and went to 13 different schools growing up.  Moving taught me how to make friends quickly and embrace the differences we all have - but nothing compares to settling in on the west side and building my family!

I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Interpersonal Communications and Marketing.  I have spent the last 15 years in healthcare and have made it my mission to help people navigate through their senior care needs.  I want to be a resource for the community so that folks are prepared for their next steps; so I have worked in home health, senior living, skilled nursing and hospice.  I am an active volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association as a Community Educator and Support Group Facilitator.  Health care can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it out alone!  I’m always here to help!

My wonderful partner, Jamie Short, is from the west side and we live next door to his father.  Jamie and I have two Great Danes, Kief Sweat and Gram Cracka, and a cat named Ellie Belly!  We love spending our time with friends and family and you can often find us outside in the yard or garden.  We are active in our community and love to help the people who live near us – we’re a little family on our cul-de-sac!  

I enjoy cooking from scratch, sharing great meals with friends and family, gardening, canning and crocheting.  It’s important to me to make memories and find moments that matter in everyday life.  I love to laugh, be active outdoors and celebrate the people around me.  I am so blessed to have the opportunity to work in my west side community and cannot wait to serve you!
